How to generate the .csv files?

I want to use the code on other datasets, but .csv files is needed in the exp.py file.where is the code to generate the csv file?
In the data/result/aids700nef1/csv/ I found some csv file likes 'ged_aids700nef_astar_2018-06-26T22:23:53_yba_1cpus.csv', can you tell me how to generate that?
