Tenders
The tenders page provides an overview of the tenders that are available in the platform. To view the tenders, click on the tenders link on the main navigation menu.
The Tenders page gives a snapshot of all the tenders available in the system. It shows the total number of tenders that are available for viewing. It also shows the total tenders by year.
Below the tenders snapshot on the tenders page, there is a list of all the tenders available in the platform. The list is shown in a tabular format. The following columns are displayed:
- Tender ID
- Tender Title
- Tender Status
- Procuring agency
- Tender Start date
- Tender End date
Searching Tenders
You can search through the list of tenders by typing in the search text in the search bar above the table of data. The results will be automatically filtered as you type. You can search using the tender title.
Sorting
You can also sort the table by clicking on the column heading. It is sorted in ascending order. Clicking it again will sort in the descending order.
From the list of tenders you can click on any tender to view detail information about the tender. Clicking on a tender will take you to the tender detail page.
The tender detail page will provide the detail information about the tender like the procuring agency, tender period, tender method etc. You can click on the name of the procuring agency to view detail information about that agency.
This page will also display if there are any goods/services information and contracts associated with the tender. The information is provided in a list at the bottom of the page.
