Note: The cookie banner blocker is not currently available anymore. As a replacement, you can use the uBlock Origin extension in Firefox, but make sure to enable the AdGuard/uBO – Cookie Notices in its Filter lists settings.

Makes it sound like this is a dead feature and to look at Ublock. I've not dug into this further (still reading through the js files in this project).
