This repository includes Python source code and Jupyter notebooks that reproduce the numerical results presented in Figs. 1-4 and supplementray figures.

  • SIS model: source code for reproduction of SIS model results.
  • SIR model: source code for reproduction of SIR model results.

The source code uses Zulko/ddeint to solve delayed differential equations.
