Yew 0.3 migration guide

Hello,

I have an application with many struct component that use bridge for global communication between them.

I’m lost to migrate to yew-agent 0.3, I can find how to replace yew_agent::Bridged and yew_agent::Dispatched.

There's a large PR at #2773 that at least had the relevant hints for Bridged in the commit messages:

Rename Bridge to Runner.

However, effectively I found myself migrating away from yew agents at all (replacing the old Bridged calls plain objects, as I was manually emulating what is now Private mode anyway), as I used the old Bridged just for independent objects but not (as apparently yew-agent always does) for web workers.
