[Enjection]

• Fix Console version handling (Fix Console version handling #15679)
• Correct version comparison on Console config proposition (Correct version comparison on Console config proposition #15744)
• Add EnableConfigV2 option to allow enabling/disabling v2 configuration for migration purposes (Add EnableConfigV2 option to allow enabling/disabling v2 configuration for migration purposes #16066)
• Fix metadata handling in BSC, distconf and Console (Fix metadata handling in BSC, distconf and Console #16246)
