[QUESTION]: Why do files have slightly different sizes downloading with MASTER vs MAX Quality?

I noticed that after TIDAL has discontinued to provide us with MQA crap, I can download with API 4 and Quality MAX (manual TIDAL-Token) and API 3 with Quality Master (automatical TIDAL-Token) resulting in the same albums and files but slightly different in size but not for alle files. Some files are identical and some differ in a few bytes.
Can anybody explain what exactly the reason for this is?
