if a song exists it still go's tru a random sleep routine

when downloading a playlist and the song already exists.
it still go's tru the sleep routine
and when updating on big playlists this causes a long unnecessary wait time.
example:

[SUCCESS] Eric McFadden - Headed for the Light.m4a (skip:already exists!)
Sleeping for 4.648 seconds, to mimic human behaviour and prevent too many requests error

did i miss a setting somewhere or is this considered a bug?
