In my experience a few things can cause this error. 1. Your account has expired. Check you have a valid up to date subscription 2. Your account has timed out. Restart gui refreshes login session. 3. You have a track quality mismatch. Check that the gui is set to the correct quantity for the tracks download IE. High.
