• encode HEVCDecoderConfigurationRecord/AVCDecoderConfigurationRecord/AAC-ADTS/AudioSpecificConfiguration
• decode OPUS Extradata(ID Head "OpusHead") /OPUS Packet(TOC...)
• encode OPUS Extradata
• decode VP8 Frame Tag/Key Frame Head
• decode MP3 Frame head
