- Allow 2 or 3 digits in exponential for peakIrr, totPow. - Change pattern to detect 'Size-Pixel-Hits' line. - Differentiate position- and angle-space detectors. - Handle angle-space data.

This fixes #79.
Seems the number of digits in the exponential part isn't fixed, this was causing issues to to the regex pattern. Also the 'size' line gives somewhat different information for when looking at angle-space.
