Run luaotfload-tool --update when building image #21

Running luaotfload-tool --update (documentation) once when building the image would eliminate the same being run every time when using the image with LuaLaTeX and OpenType fonts.

Running the command without ncurses installed (current state of the image) does produce two sh: tput: not found errors, but it seems to do its job anyway.
