The sensitivityRatioAds cvar takes a float that your sensitivity gets multiplied by when aiming.

Have you tested it properly with different sensitivity and FOV settings, etc.?
If you believe it works okay I'd just merge it, don't feel like trying it myself now, lol.

I tested this feature using different sensitivities and fov values, I don't notice any issue
