Usability problem with "save" and "reconnect" buttons

There is a usability problem in the Web UI. Some people presses the "reconnect" button right after changing the WiFi credentials without clicking on "Save" first. The result is that the device does not connect to the specified WiFi network and that's perceived as a "bug".

1.9.6 adds support for pending changes check when user clicks in the reconnect or reset buttons. It also recommends the user to reboot when a change requires so.
