This module can be purchased on Xinabox CC.
This ☒CHIP forms part of the sensor modules and is equipped with a light sensor that is capable of measuring the luminosity (visual brightness), UV radiation. The light sensor converts solar UV light intensity to digital data and has displayed reliable performance of UV radiation measurement under long periods of UV exposure. This ☒CHIP is also capable of detecting the UV radiation of different light bulbs and is ideal for data collection and learning in schools. It has a very low power consumption.
The SL01 ☒CHIP is housed in an extremely compact 2U×2U chip with four connection ports. Sensor is based on VEML6075/TSL4531:
-
VEML6075 - This sensor capable of sensing UVA and UVB light. More information on the VEML6075 can be found in the datasheet.
-
TSL4531 - Simple direct ambient light sensor. More information on the TSL4531 can be found in the datasheet.
Version 1.1.1+ is based on SI1133:
- SI1133 - UVI and Ambient light sensor. More information on the TSL4531 can be found in the datasheet.
NASA/DOD TRL level 9 and the sensor is RoSH compliant.
This ☒CHIP is included in the Demo Kit.
