  • Implement a Graphical User Interface

    The user will be able to choose from his/her local video files and change their resolution to the desired value by using this Interface.

    Resolution of each extracted frame will be lowered to desired resolutions like 480p, 720p etc. efficiently.

  • Implement an encoder and a decoder

    Most probably by using FFMpeg library in C/C++ we will be able to extract frames and audio samples and compress them again in the same format. We should support as many common formats as possible like mp4, avi, mpeg, mov etc.
