Add RefreshView inside a StackLayout and set its HorizontalOptions and VerticalOptions to FillAndExpand. This will solve empty view issue. Cheers !!! |

Content of view inside a layout with IsClippedToBounds set to true is not rendered while using Xamarin.Forms version 3.3.0.967583 or higher.
