[Bug] Accessibility Empty List element on page

Description

If VoiceOver is activated and the "Two-Finger-Swipe-Down-Gesture" (which reads all elements on the page) is used, an "Empty List" is read on every page. The element seems to be located on the left side of the page. Im able to reproduce this with the default "Getting Started" Xamarin-App.
Is there any possibility to avoid this element?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an tabbed page app
2. Activate VoiceOver
3. Use Two-Finger-Swipe-Down-Gesture

Expected Behavior

"Empty List" is not read

Actual Behavior

"EmptyList" is read
