Description

The WebClient freezes the app when the connected network does not have internet access.

NOTE: Didn't checked in UWP and iOS platforms.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Connect the mobile to the network which does not have internet access. (In one mobile Turn off mobile data and turn on the mobile hotspot, and connect to the mobile in which you are going to run the application to that network)
  2. Run the sample on Android platform

Expected Behavior

App should not get freeze and work as like when we are in offline.

Actual Behavior

App get freeze until the WebClient's responses get receive.
