[Bug] Removing last group from CollectionView crash

Description

Removing last group from a CollectionView crash with System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a CollectionView with grouping
2. Initialize your collection to get several groups with several items
3. Add command to remove item. Inside the remove method, remove group when needed
4. Start debug
5. Remove each item on by one
6. It crash when removing the last item within the last group

Expected Behavior

Remove the last group and do not crash

Actual Behavior

It crash
