[Enhancement] Add pivot for collections

Hi.

When the virtual keyboard is shown, the area allocated to the ListView (or CollectionView) gets smaller. This makes the last messages hidden, unless manually scrolled to, and I couldn't find a way to alter this behaviour. I would like to define a 'pivot' where when set to 'Bottom' it would keep the scroll at bottom, in this case showing the last messages.
