Description

Collection view header not support RTL on IOS but work fine on android

Steps to Reproduce

create a collection view with header
set flow direction RTL

Expected Behavior

Header of collection view support Rtl on IOS like android

Actual Behavior

Header of collection view not support Rtl on IOS

Basic Information

Version with issue: all version
Last known good version: none
IDE:Visual Studio 2019 Version 16.7.2
Platform Target Frameworks:
- iOS: all version
- Android: all version
Affected Devices: all ios devices
