Description

RTL mode is not working on CarouselView

Steps to Reproduce

Run this sample project and test RTL FlowDirection
https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-forms-samples/tree/master/UserInterface/CarouselViewDemos

Expected Behavior

The items is shown in right to left

Actual Behavior

The items is shown in left to right

Basic Information

Version with issue: v4.8.0.1364
Last known good version: I don't know
IDE: VS 2019 enterprise
Platform Target Frameworks:
- Android: 9.0
Android Support Library Version:
