* Ensure that -l option copies stripe count and size from source file * Add -lc option to set stripe count in proportion to file size when the "forced striping" option -lf is used. * Do not set stripe parameters on directories with option -ld, so that parameters can be inherited from parent directories. * Add function ostcount in lustreapi.py to find maximum stripe count
