Merge Salesforce REST + SOAP + BULK connectors and come up with combined connector

Description:

This will simplify SF connector story. We need to name operations in a way that they are self explanative (i.e plain operation vs bulk operation).

First need to do an evaluation regarding the user experience if we merge the operations - specially regarding the data transformations we will need to do (i.e if we decide to give priority to SOAP API when there are overlapping operations, what if incoming message contains json format?)
