The ungrib targets in the CMake build are missing the
_UNGRIBdefine, analogous to the_METGRIDand_GEOGRIDdefines found elsewhere in the code.This PR adds the
_UNGRIBdefinition to all WPS-specific targets of ungrib, thereby restoring this expected behavior
