Activity log shows video file name twice when attached via VideoPress block (iOS only)

Describe the bug
When a video is uploaded as part of the VideoPress block, the activity log shows the event as "file_name (file_name)..." instead of just "file_name..." like it does for the video block.

To Reproduce
on an iOS device:

1. Upload a video through the VideoPress block
2. Go to the Activity Log
3. (You may need to wait a couple of minutes)
4. Note how the file name is displayed for the relevant event
5. Repeat with a VideoPress block on Android (or a video block on iOS)
6. Note that file name is not shown twice

Expected behavior
The file name is only shown once.
