VideoPress/Embed block: Video/embed disappears after backgrounding app and changing display settings on Android

Describe the bug

After adding content to the VideoPress or embed blocks, backgrounding the app and changing display settings causes that content to disappear in the in-editor preview upon return. The content reappears after you close and re-open the post editor.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In the Jetpack app on Android, navigate to a post with a VideoPress block uploaded or go through the steps to add the block to a post.
2. Background the app in order to open the device's Settings app.
3. In the Settings app, make a change to the device's display settings. For example, change the display size.
4. Navigate back to the Jetpack app.
5. Verify that the video is no longer displaying within the VideoPress.

Expected behavior

The player should still display the video when returning to the editor. Instead, it's necessary to exit and reopen the editor to view the video again.

The same can be reproduced after adding content to add variation of the embed block.
