Describe the bug
I bumped into this randomly while testing a release, I'm not sure if it's 100% related to not having the site fully refreshed but at least that's what it looks like.
As described in the steps to reproduce it, entering on a site before the sites list has finished refreshing leads to having the audio files disabled when adding an Audio block and try to add files via the Other Apps picker.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to an Atomic site (it should be also reproducible with a premium or business plan site but I haven't checked)
Tap on Switch Site
Tap on the same Atomic site (this step has to be done quick)
Go to Posts
Tap on a post
Add an Audio block
Tap on ADD AUDIO
Tap on Other Apps
Browse to a folder that has any audio files
Observe that the audio files are disabled
Expected behavior
The audio files should always be available for premium and business plan sites.
Screenshots
The following examples show how to get the bug, each example also shows the steps to get it fixed.
In the first example just by waiting for the sites list to be refreshed fixes the issue.

In the second one just by going back to My Site screen and then go again to the post fixes the issue too.
