Add image editing options to fullscreen view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When tapping on an image in the editor the image is opened in fullscreen, swiping in any direction will bring you back to the editor. Having options to edit the image in place would improve the user experience

Tapping on a photo that’s a background of a cover block opens it in full screen. I would looooove to see image edit and image replace icons on that screen.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Tapping again on the screen in fullscreen view could show edit options, as it's often the case in popular apps.

Additional context
Tested on Android, but this feature would also benefit iOS
