Ordered/unordered list labels not translated in mobile app editor

The unordered/ordered list labels in the editor in the mobile app are showing up in English in the French version of the app. These labels have been translated but the translations aren't showing up. Not sure if this is an issue with the other languages as well.

Tested on [iphone 5c], iOS [10.3.3], WPiOS [10.4.1]
