Credit translators in a "contributors" page #7368

From the Community Summit, there was a suggestion for us to credit translation contributors and one place we can do it is in our Licenses screen, or a new contributors screen.

In Profile > App Settings > About WordPress for iOS, there is an Acknowledgements screen, but it lists licenses not contributors.

I couldn't find a contributors screen in the app.
