Starting a post from the Media section does not populate the post with media

Description

The implementation that addressed #11246 appears to no longer work for Gutenberg Mobile. Relatedly, GutenbergKit lacks support for this feature entirely.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Navigate to Media screen
2. Upload a media file
3. When the media is uploaded, tap the notification to "Write a post."
4. A new post screen is opened but the media is not automatically added.
