After undoing 'Block this site,' the filter pill shows 'No blog subscriptions', but the post remains visible in 'Subscriptions' section

Expected behavior

After undoing the 'Block this site', the site should be still Subscribed and the filter pill should show and manage the site correctly

Actual behavior

In step 9, the filter pill changes to '0 Blogs,' and the pop-up dialog displays 'No blog subscriptions,' but the post still appears.
In step 11, the post status still shows as 'Subscribed.'

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open the Reader
2. Navigate to Subscriptions.
3. Click the 'Discover bugs'
4. Subscribe a blog
5. Navigate to Subscriptions.
6. Tap on the '...' overflow menu on a post
7. Select 'Block this site'
8. Tap on 'Undo' button
9. Tap on '1 Blog' filter pill
10. Click outside of the pop-up dialog
11. Tap on the '...' overflow menu on a post

Notes

If the issue cannot be reproduced following the above steps, repeat steps 2-10 multiple times.
After undoing 'Block this site,' if the site is marked as 'Unsubscribed,' the post should no longer appear in the 'Subscriptions' section.
