[Social] Add Nextdoor icon to publicize screens

Expected behavior

Display Nextdoor icon like we do for the other social networks

Actual behavior

There is no Nextdoor icon mapped on the client

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Scenario 1

• Log in to JP;
• Open "My Site";
• Tap on "More";
• Tap on "Social" and observe.

Scenario 2

• Log in to JP;
• Create a post;
• Tap "PUBLISH" and observe.

Tested on emulator, Android 14, JPAndroid 23.6

On iOS they're getting the icons from the back-end if the icon doesn't exist locally, so maybe we should have an issue to do the same. See p1699039768300279/1699039238.454629-slack-C01CW1VMLAF
