实盘时，wtpy0.9.9 的HFT 策略的on_bar () 无效，而 on_tick() 是正常的，切换为wtpy0.9.7.2 也是同样的现象

你得提供更多信息，比如运行的版本，引擎，操作系统，运行环境，回测or实盘，以及运行的日志等
