Add a new section to "compiling WLED" and describe other methods for non-developers

• github codespaces
• docker container
• build bot (Discord)
• WLED online compiler (https://wled-compile.github.io/)

codespaces setup basically goes like this:

• make sure you are logged in to github.
• go to https://github.com/wled/WLED/ or your own fork or whichever branch you want to compile
• on that page, hit "," (comma) on your keyboard (window pops up)
• click "create new codespace" and wait until its finished
• all done, choose your env and compile just like in VScode
