Moved ColorPickerDialog to FC. (#2823)

* Added header and preivew component

* Changed ColorPickerDialog to FC

* Tiny fix to the sliders

* Fixed migrate wasn't passing and add displayname

* Removed state type

* Removed not needed imports

* Moved pure functions to presenter file.

* Moved each sub component to a different file

Moved some constants to the presenter file

* Changed order of import

Changed imports to import from relative path and not ui-lib
