[create-astro] Finalize developer experience... with gradients 🚀 (#3313)

* wip: port gradient helpers from sandbox ideas

* feat: wire up rocket gradient 🚀

* feat: wire up rocket gradient on install step

* refactor: update "next steps" wording

* deps: add chalk (for rendering gradient)

* chore: changeset
