Feature Request: Add notification option for new devices

When a communication partner uses a new device, wire only notifies me of this when I have previously verified the old devices of that user.

I wuld like to be notified independently of wether the users devices were veriefied or not.
Even if this option is disabled by default, it would be great to have the possibility of enableing such an option.
