Side Panel Hangs the browser sometimes and glitches

Describe the bug
Nothing more than that
when i open the lateral panel on every page this happens:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ANY PAGE
2. Click on Lateral panel icon
3. See error

Expected behavior
It opens without GUI glitches

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [e.g. Windows 7 sp1 x64]
• Bitness of browser 32

The launch options that i am using are --quick-intensive-throttling-after-loading --process-per-site

idk if it was a coincidence but i have launched supermium with the launch options --quick-intensive-throttling-after-loading --process-per-site --classic-omnibox --classic-omnibox-border --compact-ui --disable-features=DownloadBubble,TabHoverCards,PowerBookmarksSidePanel After that with a shortcut i have and when i open the lateral panel the entire browser completly hanged but i have tried second time and is not happening again

Oh i didnt realize, the PowerBookmarksSidePanel is the lateral panel itself

well it's up to you, but since you have additional issue(hangs) i prefer to keep it.

you also can try to remove all arguments and after a while add them one by one, so probably you find exact one that cause hanging. my only usage of this pannel is to sometimes change theme and then revert it back 😄
