Supermium flags: --new-tab-shapes and --compact-ui

Then apply this theme: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/simple-silver-aero/cnjlfhkndhkliabjhkikpnmkadfcndnd

At this time the tab shapes are being tweaked to reflect previous Chromium versions better.
