Why is the Superfox browser still not released on GitHub?

Why is the Superfox browser for Windows XP/2003/Vista/7/8/8.1 based on the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox still not released on GitHub? Some extensions on Mozilla AMO (for example, Censor Tracker and VK Next) are incompatible with older versions of Firefox and the Mypal 68 browser for Windows XP/2003/Vista.

Are you planning to restore the world greatest supreme XUL based extensions (that Mozilla thinks it's "legacy") support instead of being exclusive to the extensions based on the idiotic WebExtensions API? (this is why Pale Moon is my main browser)
