Low battery efficiency reading

Hello, I have got a X1 Gen 4 and a Triple (3kWh) battery. I have connected up to it using the wireshare device. I have had it running for some time now and a few months ago I noticed that the amount of energy that comes out of the batteries is about half of what is put in. I've been recording the values from Home assistant into an excel spreadsheet and then calculating the efficiency - turns out its anywhere between 40 and 70% efficient. I have recently insulated the batteries which seems to have made little difference.

I have been talking to some at solax and they don't believe that it is possible to get "Todays Battery Input / Output" from modbus. This leaves me with a couple of questions:

• Has anyone else noticed this with their batteries?
• @wills106 how did you figure out the modbus addresses for the Battery Input / Output and do you know that it is right? (and solax dont know their own products)
