windows 预加载脚本无效 #63

在onedrive目录下，在GUI中连接硬件时，不会自动加载“预加载脚本”，从而导致环境变量不正确

将整个上位机拷贝到别的文件夹下面，可以正常使用

路径当中有中文吗？目前无法处理中文路径
