Fill out the first timers guide with the following information:

Basis: we expect you to know how to program - please see other WWC meetups for programming fundamentals
What is cybersecurity?
Reasons why you should learn cybersecurity
What would prevent you from pursuing a career in cybersecurity? [myths/caveats about cybersecurity community]
More stuff to demystify cybersecurity and where it's going
