Picked up a global `origin` value lol.
In devtools, `ButtonAddAction` doesn't currently works as '&' symbol is being unintentionally escaped with 'amp;'.

Created new
.actionhandler to handle cast actions.Since Cast Actions are always
POSTrequests, the data that is coming from a "Frame" is always defined.Doesn't have devtools integration implemented.
Tested locally with ngrok and https://warpcast.com/~/developers/cast-actions.
