Description: Website is not usable due to extreme Performance issues.
Steps to Reproduce:
I opened the Website in firefox and firefox becomes unresponsive when the website is rendering. The problem does not exist in Microsoft Edge nor Google Chrome.
Step 1: Open the website from the default firefox home page.
Step 2: wait for page to load.
step 3: page completes load
step 4: The browser becomes unresponsive when trying to render the page.
step 5: Repeat steps 1 to 4 in troubleshooter mode. The website is responsive, but renders incorrectly.

System Specs:
Ryzen 7 1700x
32GB ram
Radeon R9 Fury with AMD Adrenalin 21.5.2 (WHQL ) Drivers
Windows 10 Pro ( 21h1 build with latest patches enabled )

@kphillisjr We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. The page takes a long time to load on all browsers, but Firefox presents performance issues once the page loads and interaction with the page takes place:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 93.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 95.0a1 (2021-10-21) (64-bit)/ Chrome Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly
3. Works as expected using Chrome

5. Once the page renders as expected, issues are still present when interacting with the buttons on the page
