This is done server side.
Overriding the user agent remove the message, but I'm not sure that would give the right user experience for video after.

though they claim supporting Firefox
https://www.shawdirect.ca/english/support/article/8324#streaming-content

looking at their careers site, they do not seem to have web devs jobs inside.

It would be better if the person who reported the issue would contact their customer service.

This seems to be reproducible only on Firefox Nightly v.100 and not on Firefox Release 98 and Firefox Beta 99.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 100.0a1 (🦎 100.0a1-20220403090644)
Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 12) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)
