Browser / Version: Firefox 115.0
Operating System: Windows 7
Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Buttons or links not working
Steps to Reproduce:
Firefox 115.11.0 extended support release for Windows 7 does not re-open existing threads in Copilot and a new conversation must be created. This does not occur with Chromium browsers. This problem does not exist in Firefox 126.0 for Windows 11.

@softvision-raul-bucata Yes it's the same but it works on the 126.0 but not the extended support release 115.11.0

Hi @softvision-raul-bucata the other issue was related to version 120+. But I found it is working in 126.
It hasn't been fixed in 115 extended support release.
